Terms of Service

1. Agreement

Einstein Trades and Trading News Alerts are products operated by Session One Holdings LLC("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Einstein Trades website, your Einstein account, or any Einstein product, you agree to be bound by these terms of service, which form an agreement between you and Session One Holdings LLC. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Einstein Trades provides educational trading tools and resources through a free account and a set of separately purchasable products. A free Einstein account includes access to the public Discord community channels and the free introductory lessons. Paid products are offered individually — such as the Einstein Game (practice trading game), Trading News Alerts (market news dashboard and Discord delivery), Einstein Education (full education catalog, with a one-time enrollment fee plus a monthly subscription), and Einstein Live (private community channels and nightly live sessions) — and in discounted bundles (Market Tools, Trader Growth, and Einstein Pro, which includes the products above and waives the education enrollment fee). Each product is optional; no product is required to use another. We may also offer private consultations and other clearly labeled optional products, priced and described individually.

Parts of the service are delivered through third-party providers: Supabase (authentication and data storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Discord (community), Zoom (live sessions), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic and OpenAI (AI-powered coaching and review features).

Participation in paid live sessions is recorded as account-usage information — including whether you attended and for how long, based on session-provider participation data — and is used for providing the service, access control, support, refund eligibility, and operational records. This attendance metadata is separate from any recording of the session itself.

3. Educational Purpose Only

All content, tools, and resources provided by Einstein Trades are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice. AI-powered features (such as coaching feedback and trade-review commentary) generate automated educational content that may be incomplete or inaccurate and is likewise not advice. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing

• Paid products and bundles are recurring monthly subscriptions unless described otherwise on the pricing page.
• Einstein Education (and the Trader Growth bundle) includes a one-time enrollment fee charged at signup in addition to the monthly subscription; Einstein Pro waives that enrollment fee.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your account's billing page (Stripe Customer Portal) once billing is enabled, or by contacting us.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to the canceled product until the end of your current billing period. A bundle cancels as a single subscription.
• Refunds: an initial purchase may be eligible for a refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase AND the purchased service has not been substantially used. Refund eligibility ends earlier than 48 hours once substantial use occurs.
• Substantial use (objective thresholds): Einstein Education — accessing more than 2 paid lessons/modules; Einstein Game — completing more than 3 paid game sessions; Einstein Live — at least 15 minutes of verified attendance in a paid/nightly live session (combined across reconnects); Trading News Alerts — 3 or more successful paid news deliveries (opening the dashboard or configuring alerts alone does not count). Joining Discord alone, and use of free features, never count toward substantial use.
• Bundles (including Einstein Pro): refund eligibility ends once two different paid products included in the bundle have been substantially used.
• The one-time Einstein Education enrollment fee follows the refund eligibility of the associated Education or Trader Growth purchase. Once substantial use ends that purchase's eligibility, the enrollment fee is also non-refundable, except for duplicate/erroneous charges, failure to provide the purchased service, an authorized administrative exception, or where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Cancellation and refunds are separate: cancelling stops future renewals and preserves access through the paid billing period; it does not automatically refund the current period. Renewal payments are not covered by the initial-purchase refund window.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges and failures to provide the purchased service can always be raised with support for separate review. Where applicable law grants you additional rights, that law controls.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Redistribute, resell, or republish content from any Einstein product
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other community members
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the platform's security

6. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, frameworks, and materials within Einstein Trades and its products are the intellectual property of Session One Holdings LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without written permission. The trades, journal entries, notes, and other content you record in the platform remain yours; you grant us the limited license needed to store and process that data to operate the service for you (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Risk Disclaimer

Trading foreign exchange carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Einstein Trades provides educational tools and resources only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, a solicitation to trade, or a guarantee of any outcome. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and should consult a qualified financial advisor before trading with real capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Session One Holdings LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to trading losses. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
